Rechargeable battery for up to 6 hours of portable playback. But thinking about the price, I would rather buy some AA-D5 adapters to utilize my Eneloop batteries. |

Has anyone had theirs ship yet? My order is still showing processing...two weeks later. They made sure to charge my card immediately.

edit- just received this response after an order status inquiry. "Thank you for taking the time to contact Froobi. I am so sorry for the delay in receiving your order. This item is scheduled to be picked up for delivery on Friday. We received a high volume of orders and sent them in 2 shipments your order is in this second shipment. jabajet good to know, i ordered as well, prob the best price ive seen in a while, and was disappointed with their response time, glad i wasnt in a hurry but looking fwd to it regardless Anybody have good recommendations for a charger for the D batts?

I have this model and it really is a pretty piece with quality sound. The new version being mentioned (with bluetooth and rechargeable battery) is a much lower quality unit. Its probably 30% smaller and made with crappier materials. $99 for the original version is a great deal!

ugh emailed twice and no response! Edit finally second email got an automated response said they would bee getting back to me. Shady as all get out they better be shipping these soon.

Here is the latest response I received-
"I regret to inform you that these orders were scheduled to ship out on last Friday (2/15/13) but we have had issue filling the second shipment due to a shortage in inventory. Would you like to wait until a new shipment arrives this Friday (2/22/13) or would you like to cancel your order? Once again I do apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused you." |
