So are they going to cancel all the orders? Or are they just gonna sit on our money till we complain EVEN more?. Im ok with waiting if the item actually is gonna show up at some point, I will admit its a pretty good deal; if not this is fraud/theft and the appropriate measures need to be taken. I paid with paypal so i should be able to get my money back but retailers shouldn't be allowed to get away with shady techniques like this. WE should all post on the BBB.

I'm leaving reviews in every place I can find...this is exactly the type of retailer to avoid.

This is in response to someone's complaint on FB "Hi G***,I am so sorry but from what we know the shipments were sent in 2 waves. The second shipment was unable to be filled and refunds are being issued. Please send an email to support@froobi.com if you have not done so already for more information."

So what I'm dying to know is, do you have to ask for your OWN refund? I m kinda half tempted to see how long they will keep my money before they tell me the item is not available.Or will they bother at all and hope i forget? Thus fleecing me out of a hundred bucks? I looked at their BBB rating and the owner of froobi seems to have made the buyers filing complaints look like idiots because they didn't follow froobi policy.

Posted a not so polite comment on their FB account after the first one was ignored, magically my refund appeared out of nowhere, wondering how long it would have taken if i hadnt said anything. Me thinks they would have kept the money.
