I installed the newer driver back in august and it solved the touchpad issue. I got it less than $600 too including tax back then, also a refurbished.

This are not the standard size 2.5" ssd. Can it be self upgrade?

I did the same but with 128 gb ssd. You sure it weighs same as xps 13? I thought xps 13 came in under 3 lbs

Can you upgrade the RAM? Doesn't appear so based on the specs, but then again, their listing isn't super informative.

I read online somewhere, it can take max 4GB RAM. Thats for Sandy Bridge though. Not sure of Ivy Bridge.

You can not. It is soldered on to the motherboard. That is one reason why I didn't want the xps13
