Thanks, I too had a few ebay bucks that I had to spend.

Cursed Slickdeals. I jumped on these even though I have two 3 footers waitig to be delivered from a previous SD.

Reasoning; I could always use a short one, flat one, and sideways jacked one, for two bucks.

I'm not usually one to promote heavier duty/pricier cables but I've always had issues with AUX cords in certain devices where no matter what there would be a hiss or a crackle and you have to keep adjusting it (happens most in ipods for some reason).

Then I bought a really high gauge wire from monoprice and never had the issue again.. and it was only a dollar or two more than this for one. I'd rather have one better cable than two crappy ones.

How does that handle for you? I had an okay one I bought from Amazon before and it was great. No hissing/crackling. But over time, the wire was eventually bent/severed from the angle that the mp3 player was placed at (the jack is inside of the arm rest/storage compartment in the middle, so I had to line the wire out through the top and then sharply angle it downward to connect to my mp3 player placed in the cup holder. Terrible design of the jack location, what where they thinking putting it there?). Now, it only works if I have it held at that specific angle. Any wire problems? I'm thinking of getting a thicker cable to avoid the wire being crimped again, but I don't want something that makes the cable super stiff and unflexible.
