What options do you know of for people who did not register the rebate yet? Will they still be able to get it by calling 4myrebate for assistance or should they just get refunds from TigerDirect? TIA.

It appears that other TigerDirect 4MyRebate rebate registrations are still working, so it looks like they disabled the online registration for these particular offers.

People should still be able to register for the rebate via phone. Just be persistent with the phone agent and tell them you want to register for Rebate Offer #TD-8528 (for 500 GB) or Offer #TD-8483 (for 1 TB drive), but the online site isn't allowing you to. They should be able to register you via phone and give you your tracking # (and it will also be sent to you via e-mail).

They have done this in the past on deals they didn't want to honor, but people were still able to get 4MyRebate to register them for the offers via phone. I wouldn't put this off... I'd call them immediately tomorrow (their offices are open from 9 AM EST to 5 PM EST).

If you have already purchased and registered for the rebate (before it closed), you shouldn't have any issues receiving your prepaid card. To double-check that your rebate is still active in the system, go HERE [4myrebate.com].

Hey calistyle, you were the OP of this thread, so let me ask you something. How did you find out about these rebates? Because I also noticed when I made my purchase that the rebates were not mentioned on the product page. But I figured as long as the form existed, it should be ok. Now it looks like maybe this was never a valid offer.
