The non Gore-Tex "Rain" versions are $400, the ones OP posted are the Gore-Tex Pro versions. So, you're saving about $100 this way.

I've ordered from German and Italian moto-retailers before and they are always cheaper compared to their US counterparts due to lack of VAT taxes.

However...
1. Expect stocking, packing, and shipping times. Typically 1-2 weeks or so.
2. You do pay custom fees, but for something like a pair of boots, it'll only be like $20 or so.
3. Returning and exchanges times due to distance is magnified.

But if you know your sizes pretty well, and don't mind the wait, why not save $100?

For prospective buyers though, also keep in mind Alpinestars just released their new competitor boot the "Toucan."
