Is there a better prepaid phone at this price range? Not everyone needs an S3. Besides, looks like there are some Jelly Bean ROMS for this phone too.

It's a decent phone and I got one on this same HSN deal this past spring. I got rid of it on ebay after 2 months use. Call quality was ok, not great and kind of tinny, but it was just one of those phones I grew to dislike for not great battery life, totally plastic and flexible body, and a annoying clicking sound on many calls.
Picked up the LG L9 on the T-Mo $199. deal that included the $50. card and it's a MUCH better phone all the way around.

Not meaning to TC, but I totally agree with jimx200. I also had an Exhibit since Feb. 2012, lost it, and in hindsight am glad I did. The larger screen, dual core and more ram of an LG L9 (or used Galaxy S2) is night and day better than the Exhibit, IMO. The LG's only been out for 2-3 months and it's been already been available for $150 twice. Since Target,Walmart and BB are now all selling it, it's bound to go on sale again. I'd hold out if you can wait, you'll be glad you did.

LG L9, hands down. Again, I'd say the Exhibit is lacking in screen size, speed and ram. The LG is a noticeable upgrade in all 3 areas.

Pretty painless and simple with USB cable.

S2 is the way to go, cheap, and a wonderful phone, you will feel like you have an s3

btw i owned an s2 and s3 at hte same time, i decided to sell the S3 and keep the S2.
Figured the s3 would lose more in value over time.
