What do I do with the ISO file? Do I burn it to disc? How do I get it loaded onto the pc?
Download the ISO (In this case I think it's Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit). After downloading the file, download a free program called IMGBurn[imgburn.com].
After installing and opening up IMGBurn and putting in a blank DVD, click "Write image file to disc" - from Source, click the file folder and navigate to where you downloaded your ISO file. Click on it then click open.
Under Destination, make sure your DVD Burner is selected and that Verify is checked. Then click the big button below that (of the disc with the piece of paper around it with an arrow next to that then a disc next to that). It'll take a while depending on how fast you burn it at.
After it has finished burning, put that disc on your new computer and boot from it and begin the install process. When it asks for the windows key put the one on the side of the case. Install should continue and when finished you should try to activate it once you have installed all of the driver files available from HP's website. Sometimes it'll activate right away over the internet, othertimes it'll say that you have to call in.
If you need to call, just do that and follow instructions over the phone.
