This was a very slick deal at 20% off (I picked up a few), but keep in mind that Marriott Gift Cards are regularly available for 10%+ off by using various CB links (2-3% back) to purchase through card resellers that offer the cards at a discounted price (usually 8%+). Also, Marriott sometimes offers 10% or 10 point/$ bonuses, and these also earn 5 additional points/$ when purchased with their branded Visa (while this eBay offer doesn't qualify for that). I maintain this FT thread [flyertalk.com] detailing all of this. My main point is that if you missed this deal, you didn't miss the chance to get the GCs at substantial discounts otherwise.

What I do is submit to my company the folio that they slip under my door which shows that it was paid for via visa. Then when I check out, I ask to switch to gift cards and they do. they print a new folio/receipt for you but there's no need to submit that one to your company.
