have that jacket from 1-2 years ago. not super breathable during a dayhike... and doesn't provide significantly better insulation compared to standard polartec fleece when worn under a shell.

and the monkey "fur" becomes "matted" (sp?) easily. backpack and compression straps around chest and hips led to some flattening of the fur in those regions. but if you're just gonna get it to walk around sidewalks on a cold day, should probably be just perfect.
