I was being sarcastic with saying they got me with the gift card. But it was a nice extra bonus, especially since I was test driving one anyway and it was one of my top 3 car choices at the moment.

Went to my local dealer and asked if they would validate my certificate after a test drive. They refused to do so since I wouldn't give them my real phone number. They told me they would verify that the phone number I gave them was actually my number. Guess i should have set up a google voice number before I went...

I was actually car shopping that day to replace one of our vehicles. The salesman's attitude turned me off so much that I just walked out. Their loss...

It's for the first 10K people which is not that high of a number but you can still take the test drive an mail the certificate in, offer goes until the end of this month and there is still a chance.

My mom and I went in and told them we're just interested in the promotion and their filled out our forms without a test drive. In and out in about 5 minutes.
