There is another club called Wine Insiders where I literally found the wines undrinkable and got a full refund, which I would ordinarily never do.. Wine Insiders doesn't use real wineries, but subcontract out and put their own labels on with names of phony wineries that don't even exist, except on the label. Virgin is much better than that. They also have another introductory offer where they give you a free electric wine cork opener that actually works very well!
As for refunds, if you drink it, you should pay for it. |
