The Mach 3 razors with two carts were being clearanced to make room for a new mach 3 with 1 cart. They call it something like the Mach3 1-Up, like it's an amazing new feature.

Although it's infuriating, it comes as no surprise. I remember being outraged when my sugar bag price went up but the size of the product went from a 5lb. bag to a 4lb. bag. Then Breyer's ice cream did the same thing, followed by Oreos, Kraft cheese and many more.

I spotted the new Gillette Fusion Proglide manual "Silver Touch" at Target with 2 cartridges..
This is a brand new product, so obviously it is not shrinking everywhere.. I haven't seen the 2 cartridge "silver touch" at drug stores yet though.. |

at wags there is only one in it. I know because it was the only one available. the old packages only had one also. |

How's this for a shrinking package....
A local store was carrying 20 ct. flour tortillas for $1.29. Now it's a 10 ct. package for the same price of $1.29.  Obviously I'm going to be looking for a new deal on tortillas somewhere else. |

The downsizing of products is something P&G is nototrious for. Shrinking Tide, shrinking Dawn bottles to 9 oz., less diapers in Pampers bags/boxes, shrinking Gillette razors now. I'm glad I got some Gillette Fusion ProGlide manual razors with the 2 cartridges when I did. I haven't seen $4 coupons on those in months and I haven't seen $4 up or ECB on the Gillette razors to go with a $4 manu q for a while. |

I just noticed a few months ago that Pillsbury cake mixes are significantly smaller than other brands. Come on, now. Why mess with something that gets used in baking and is often added into other recipes where exact measurements are important? Same thing with shredded cheese. You gotta watch 'em.
