Agreed on the controller. I've only had the battery die on me once but I'll admit I am not one to just sit at the system all day. That day was for a particular gaming party and we were still able to use the system with the other controllers or just plug in the controller directly. There is a 3rd party battery & charger I believe from Energizer but I'm not willing to void my warranty just yet by buying/using one.

That makes absolutely 0 sense. What would be the point of delaying a game that is about to come out for that long other than losing money and sales by people not buying it as one of the few games out for a system that desperately needs games? I played the demo of this and it is a solid game and was looking forward to buying it but by Sept there will be enough other stuff out there to keep me occupied that I probably wouldn't go back and get this until I found it used somewhere. Bad call by Ubi Soft.

"According to Microsoft policy, they reserve the right to refuse games from being on their systems if they've been released before on another system. They also can and often do refuse games that have more content on another version compared to the 360 version."

So, basically Ubi Soft didn't think it was worth the exclusive on the Wii U and felt it would earn more money in the long run by being on the 360 as well. I think they will be disappointed by what that will do to the sales overall. I have both systems and from how this game plays it would be much more versatile and a better experience on the Wii U.
