Is this just a cinematic game? What is so great about it? I've been tempted to purchase but the previews look like it's a bunch of movies.

This is NOT an action game. This is basically a interactive 'choose your own story' game where you are watching things unfold in the story while picking and choosing certain things for your character to do or say from time to time in the game. That being said, it is a great game that you could potentially fall in love with if you give it a chance. I had never played anything like this before and I immediately got hooked from the demo, and definitely after the first full episode. |

OMG, thanks for this, I already have TWD, but this just reminded me about that $5 credit I have to use today. Just got Max Payne 3 for $10. Nice!!!

It's definitely worth it. One of the best games of 2012. Not really an action game, but you get very attached to some of the characters, and you're forced to make tough decisions. It's cool because you can make your character kind of like yourself through your responses and decisions... |
