How to Take an Action: During the Promotion Period, an Entrant may take one of the following Actions to advance to the next Prize Level:

Twitter Share: By following the on-screen instructions to share a post on Twitter, an Entrant may be eligible to advance to the next Prize Level for the next time the Entrant plays the Game. This Action is only available on a laptop or desktop computer.

Mobile Check-in: By following the on-screen instructions to check-in to an available SUBWAY® restaurant location using a mobile device with a location tracking function equipped and enabled, an Entrant may be eligible to advance to the next Prize Level for the next time the Entrant plays the Game. This Action is only available on a mobile device that support the Action. Most Android and iOS 5+ with GPS services enabled support this Action. Data Rates May Apply and be incurred with participation by Mobile Device. Entrants should consult their wireless-service provider regarding its pricing plans. If an Entrant’s mobile device does not support this Action, use a desktop or laptop computer to take the Twitter Share Action.

Each Entrant is limited to taking one (1) Action (either the Twitter Share Action or the Mobile Check-in Action) during the entire Promotion Period.

To obtain a Code for free beginning 12:00:00 AM (start of day) ET on February 23, 2013 through March 8, 2013 at 6:00:00 PM ET, an Entrant should click here (or visit the Website, click on the link to the Official Rules and click here) and follow the on-screen instructions to request a Code and 3 three (3) Complimentary Codes will be emailed back to the Entrant. Limit one (1) request per Entrant per day.

Prize Levels: The first Product Code, Complimentary Code, or Common Code an Entrant submits makes the Entrant eligible to play for a Level 1 Game Prize. Each subsequent Product Code or Complimentary Code submitted (or when an Entrant takes an Action) allows the Entrant the opportunity to advance and play for the next higher level Game Prizes.
Level 1 - Fan: The first time an Entrant plays the Game, the Entrant may submit any Code to be eligible to play for a Level 1 Game Prize.
Level 2 – Super Fan: If an Entrant is at Level 1 and either submits a Product Code, Complimentary Code or takes an Action, the Entrant will move up to Level 2 and be eligible to play for Level 1 and Level 2 Game Prizes.
Level 3 – Fanatic: If an Entrant is at Level 2 and submits a Product Code, Complimentary Code or takes an Action, the Entrant will be eligible to play for Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Game Prizes. Once an Entrant reaches Level 2 or Level 3, the Entrant will be eligible to play at that Level on subsequent Game Plays using a Product Code, Complimentary Code, or a Common Code. A Common Code will not advance the Entrant to the next Prize Level.

Sweepstakes Prize (1): The Sweepstakes Prize Winner will receive SUBWAY® Footlong™ Subs for Life awarded as a check in the amount of $27,780 made payable to the Sweepstakes Prize Winner (or if a minor in his/her state of residence, then to his/her parent or legal guardian). The ARV of the Sweepstakes Prize is $27,780. The ARV of the Sweepstakes Prize has been determined based on a Sweepstakes Prize Winner aged 36 years old, a life expectancy of 80 years old, and an annual inflation rate of 3%. The actual age of the Sweepstakes Prize Winner will have no effect in a determination of the value of the Sweepstakes Prize.
