Question on Discover miles card

I have a Chase Sapphire card and Chase freedom card. The ultimate rewards allow redeeming of 1000 points for 1000 miles on both United and Southwest. Does Discover miles card allow redeeming for airline miles? Which airlines? conversion rate? I don't want to use the points to purchase air tickets at 1c a point. There is no advantage in that. I am trying to see if I can get the advantages of Sapphire without paying the $95 fee. Thanks.
