Funny. That has to be an error.

Its always possible that it can just accept 1080p signals but its native resolution is 1366x768

Just picked this up, its 1920x1080. My XBOX automatically switched to that resolution when I connected to it.
Still playing with the picture settings

I was looking at a smaller (32") Samsung for about the same price but ended up picking this RCA up instead tonight - so far, for the price, I'm pretty impressed!

A lot of sets in this price range have really thick bezels all around but this one has a pretty thin bezel giving it a nice, modern look.

The picture looks great!

Of course I can't attest to longevity...I know RCA probably isn't known for their TVs but I know the brand has been around approximately forever...so will take my chances. Smilie:

a couple of things some folks might not like: only 2 hdmi ports, no optical audio out, the sound isn't the best but fine for us. just using as a bedroom TV.

Well, I'm no pro-TV reviewer, and I'm sure some folks would be more discerning than I, but for $279...39", LED backlight, 1080p...and good picture quality - I think I got a pretty solid deal. TU!

Hmm, giving some serious thought to grabbing one tomorrow. Unless I'm mistaken, you get the same price in store too?

We just use our tv for watching netflix through the laptop connection, I'm guessing this tv will be more than enough. Especially since we're coming from a 21" tube tv...

yes I went to the store since I had a gift card I wanted to use up, was the same price. I did have to ask for it - they didn't have any on display or on the shelf. The sales rep didn't even know about the TV, but found out they had 1 left in stock. Smilie

i did decline the $250 in-home calibration service laugh out loud

I thought about giving RCA another chance after the mid 90's fiasco. Apparently they still haven't gotten their act together. I don't even care about picture quality, but looking up a similar 39 inch tv, tons of 1 star reviews because it died in less than a year. It's a shame, RCA used to be an excellent brand.
