Turns out CEVA mistyped the manifest so the delivery guys didn't have a clue and refused to set it up. Probably a good thing, they didn't appear too capable. I also requested a call 30 minutes before delivery and got a call "we're 5 minutes out". They at least carried it to the basement. I hooked it up and luckily no problems and after calls to CEVA and Fry's was able to get a refund for the white glove service.

Not happy with delivery, but happy with the TV.

Got mine today. Guy who delivered it was nice; said he had delivered at least 7 of these screens in the Omaha area and was pretty impressed with the price for this screen (always nice to hear). Told him he needs to check SD. ;-)

So far so good, although people weren't joking when they said this screen is like a mirror! My old plasma had pretty bad glare too, and I can make the room dark, so it's not a huge deal. Love the picture and the clarity.

Set it to Custom mode with 100 Contrast and 0 Brightness.

My TV came Thursday. They called 30 min before arrival. There were 2 guys and they brought the box into the house and opened the box for me to see if it was cracked. They were very polite and helpful. TV seems to be in good shape. I'm gonna start running slides today.

Finally received the tv this morning in great shape! The 3 guys who showed up carried it around the back through the alley and up 6 stairs where I took it up the elevator. Happy with everything that went down on the delivery day. The CSR department not so much. They wanted to deliver it in a 11-5 window on a day I left for work at 1:30 so I told them IF and only IF they can have it to my house at 1:00 pm at the latest it will work. The CSR said ok, we will call you 15 prior if we can deliver it if not we will reschedule it for Friday. So the next day they started spamming my phone at work at 4pm leaving messages asking where I was. They even got my landlord involved by calling him. They apparently had no idea about the 1pm stipulation and when I called the next day it took a while for the CSR to admit they made the mistake not me. But it's done and over with.

Finally got mine delivered today. CEVA delivered within their scheduled time window. It was only one guy delivering this beast. Got it all setup and so far I'm extremely pleased. I must say, this was a hell of a deal!

Anyone using this for HTPC? I have an nvidia gtx 460, and I cannot get this TV to natively display 1080p correctly (overscans or underscans). Obviously, I can resize it, but that actually changes the resolution. I'm using "Just" for the picture format on the panasonic. Is there an issue with 1080p at 60hz for this TV? Or am I missing something obvious?

I am about to setup my gtx 460 and do the exact same thing. I am assuming you are using a dvi to hdmi adapter. I wonder if that is the issue (I would be doing the same thing). If so that would put a rush on my graphics card upgrade. Let's pool our info and try to figure this out, I have an adapter on the way so then I can play around with it.

I have a HTPC hooked up to the set using a GT 620 graphics card with Windows 8. I haven't had any problems but when I changed the resolution I did it through the nvidia control panel and selected 1080p. I've also turned off pixel orbiter on the set and have it to Full, size 2. Hope this helps.

Just to help disprove my theory, do you have your tv connected to your hdmi port on your 620 or did you use the dvi port with an adapter?

I have mine connected from mini-HDMI to HDMI. I going through onkyo receiver as well.

Thanks! It was choosing "Full" and "Size 2" from the TV menu that solved my overscanning issue. Repped!

Yeah, it's connected through HDMI.

Is anyone else having an issue with loud buzzing, especially when displaying bright screens? I called Panasonic and I have a service call scheduled for next week, hopefully that will fix it. Other than that, I'm beyond impressed with the TV though.

Buzzing is pretty much a "feature" on plasma tvs.My older Samsung plasma buzzes like crazy as well. I'm not sure if there's a fix for it though.
