i have had only good experiences with ProFlowers in Seattle. On my first order, i had put the wrong address and never got the package. they sent a second order for free to the right address.

Also, to add to bad experiences. My sister once received a crappy bouquet from a boyfriend a couple of years back. He called and complained, redelivered a wonderful bouquet of flowers no questions asked. So they will rectify things if things aren't to satisfaction. |

Need a Monday delivery and virtually nothing is available for Monday. The few that are charge a surcharge. Had no idea I needed to order so far in advance. Any one know of a good alternative? Just need some congratulatory flowers, doesn't have to be roses. Thanks!

Thanks OP. I paid $10 (vipsave5 promo code, expired) for the $15 for $30 Living Social Deal. You don't get the 20% off if you use the Living Social voucher though which would make it $23.99 and + $7.99 for upgrade. I got the upgrade without 20% off for:
$39.98 One Dozen Red + 12 Free + Ruby Vase + Chocolates -$30 Living social +$12.99 Delivery +$4.99 Feb 14 guarantee +$1.49 Tax =$29.45. (I should add $10 since I paid that much for my Living social deal so my total cost is $39.45) [Edit] Fudged my math up. I also realized that they didn't charge me a safe handling fee as they usually do. Maybe it's the link from OP? its apparently for business services corporate and not on their regular website if you look for it. [Editx2] I ordered this through the customer service line as I had to cancel my previous order that wasn't as good as this one. The website said once processed or shipped, you cannot modify or cancel, but customer service was able to help me anyways. Last edited by SQH; 02-01-2013 at 09:50 AM.. |

urlhasbeenblocked (cashback site) offers 18% on proflowers. Some of the flowers were discounted through their link as well. Got a decent deal on flowers using living social deal (wish the $5 Living Social coupon hadn't expired yesterday).
I had to pay $15 for delivery ($5 extra for Monday delivery) + $3 handling charge + sales tax. Final price was almost double the flower cost. Wouldn't have been worth it without Living Social. |

I pulled this trigger on this two days ago and was able to apply the Living Social deal + get guaranteed V-day delivery w/o any extra charges!
Cost of the flowers+ red vase + choclate was $27 + $10 for the Living Social voucher. Under $40 for 2 dozen roses / chocolate delivered is great!! |

Totally! happened to me too... never again! |

Proflowers used to be good years ago. Now, not so much. I'm over taking the chance on sending someone shitty flowers. Disappointed my mom and wife, 3 out of the last 4 times, never again. Yea, they will send a replacement, but who wants to deal with that. I believe these are sent FedEx right from the farm, so it's not a localized issue. I've given them enough chances and by the time you add up all the fees, the deal is never as good as face value.
I used to be a loyal customer, but no longer. |
