I keep hearing that the Extreme6 is pretty poor compared to the Extreme4, which is a pretty fantastic budget board. At these prices though, if you are near a Microcenter it would be worth checking out.
I haven't used Asrock anything myself, but that is the talk on /g/, so take what you will from that. |

 I updated mine right out of the box via the BIOS and a wired connection. No issues.

MC has amazing prices, but I just dont know why they dont want to ship these CPUs. Commute or driving to MC just kills the deal, either one adds at least $25 and time wasted. I wish Amazon could PM these prices

There is no microcenter around me, so I'm planning to just buy the motherboard.
Can anybody tell me if that motherboard is a good price? Also, I was contemplating between the extreme4 or the extreme6. I'm assuming extreme6 is better? |

Great, I was working on selling all my computer parts and then this deal comes along. Guess I'll keep my 2500k for the extreme6 and upgrade my celeron g530 in my htpc with the i3 3225 i'll get with the deal.
