You must be misinformed. Or every caller has had their Caller ID blocked on their end (service available through AT&T, etc.) Or your actual handset that's plugged into the Telo doesn't support Caller ID. The Ooma Telo basic service includes caller ID. If you would like to use DECT 6.0 wireless around your house, the ever-popular Uniden handsets and their base station support caller ID over DECT wireless from your Telo. No extra fees - it's part of a basic Telo service. |

be very careful with your ooma monthly bills. the bastards overcharged my sister twice by adding premium features. This time the chat agent was same and showed him previous chat transcripts, he apologized and refunded the extra $10 back again and promised me it won't happen again. Told him if it happens for 3rd time, I will file BBB complaint.

You have no idea what you talking about. Dont give me qoute from ooma website, I have been with them for at least 3 years. Telo does not have Caller ID with name just number(you can pay and get it) Hub has caller ID with name and number included with basic service. Next time read few times before write anything here Last edited by ricon1980; 02-02-2013 at 02:35 PM.. |

You seem pretty sure of yourself, though. |

Please call the Ooma customer service line at 1-866-452-6662. You have been missing a core feature for 3 years, and you may be eligible for a discount or reimbursement if it is not a problem with your connected devices. I hope this issue has not been too much of an inconvenience for you and hope that you remain a happy customer! |

SO you have telo with basic and can get caller ID with number and name? I guess ooma forum and all reviews are wrong. That is the only reason(except 3-4 $ tax) that I still have hub |

According to OOMA site http://www.ooma.com/products/premier
it clearly states caller name is one of the premier features. if its there by default why is this a separate feature. "Caller Name: See the name of callers, even if they're not in your address book." My guess is that all those who see names have the numbers stored in their address book.Hence the name shows up. New numbers not in their address book will show only numbers. Can someone who has ooma and get caller name without premier confirm if this is not the case. |

Why is it there are NO sales on this item when I want one? Now I need to decide, do I continue paying $35/month for phone service, or cave in and pay full price for an Ooma!?
How is everyone's refurbished working? Issues? Saved $100's thanks to the people here. Thank you!!!
