Spec Ops is great game, pick it up if you can! Seriously, the mechanics may not be revolutionary (typical 3rd person shooter), but the narrative is like no other video game you've ever played.

Bought Spec Ops on the PC for a little less than this with the Amazon January sale. I enjoyed it. Nothing remarkable in terms of gameplay, but the story and overall experience was worth the price of admission.

Been wanting Spec Ops for a while so I guess I can add another game to my Backlog...my long, stupidly, long backlog.

Was thinking of Spec Ops cause it looks fun and the reviews were pretty good. Was going to make a decision after the weekend. Deal went front page and it sells out. Dang.

I'll echo the comments of everyone else and say Spec Op was really good and if it comes back in stock, grab it.
The gameplay isn't the best out there, but it is passable. What makes the game truly stand out is the mature Heart of Darkness / Apocalypse Now storyline. It was handled really well and could show some of the other dudebro shooters out there a thing or two about how to handle a war story. The elements surrounding the sandstorms and using sand as a weapon was pretty cool too. As was the use of colors in the environment; the purples and oranges in the sky looked beautiful.
