I think almost all protein shakes are drinkable, so long as I add enough frozen berries and throw it in my blender. The big difference between the cheapies and more expensive brands, is that the cheapies tend to be a whey concentrate vs. an Isolate which is more finely processed and has more of the fat removed. That said, they both do just about the same thing. I just don't like a lot of chemicals and artifical sweeteners (Body Fortress has Splenda in it), so I do try to limit that in my proteins. Body Fortress tastes just fine to me, but I use a blender and lots of frozen berries with my protein shakes..so they all taste good.

grabbed 1 stawberry and 1 cookies/cream for $28 for 4lbs. Really cant beat it, since I usually pay $25 for 2lbs. Thanks OP

Why is it SO dam hard to find the nutritional breakdown? I need to know cals, fat, carbs & sugar per serving.
Even the manuf website doesn't list it. http://www.bodyfortres Lame. |

We should have a sticky for every time this deal (or something similar) pops up that 1) Glutamine has no significant effect on resistance training unless one is doing extreme endurance exercise or one is training malnourished or fasted, 2) Reddit results on protein analysis was flawed and should be ignored.

Can't get the 11.xx price, dead?
Edit: N/M: looks like everything but the 4lb of vanilla is dead. Got some vanilla, ~$11 for something that's usually $15 for me, nice deal. Never tried the vanilla, but don't care about the taste.
