I've tried their Creatine before. Tastes fine.

I'm on the fence about the Glutamine though. I got some gift credit and wondering if it will honestly do anything. I don't mind feeling sore..
Should trying buying some creatine monohydrate. I just bought 1200g of Optimum Nutrition creatine on Amazon for $30, which is the every day price. If I take a serving everyday it will last forever and you don't get all the extra crap from the mix Body Fortress sells.

Yeah, the quality of this stuff is pretty awful. Hate to be negative, but you're not doing your body any good with this crap. Stick to legitimate manufacturers like ON.
Exactly.

I bought Cookies and Cream shipped for around $13. Wal-mart added up to $20.98 shipped so this is a great deal. In for 1.

Reviews of well under 4/5 stars. I'd steer clear.

This stuff is pretty good tasting and super cheap but seemed to make me break out so I stay away. Could have been something else but I stay away just in case. I stick with ON brand.
It uses lower end whey concentrate which causes additional bloating. Stick with ON or Dymatize, almost everything else is a mixed bag. (lower protein quality/bioavailability, exaggerated protein quantity claims, etc.) A lot of these sketchier protein brands up their protein numbers with collagen which is not a significant source of dietary protein but is still technically a protein.

How many times does it need to be said that the reddit tests were deeply methodologically flawed. It's possible that BF whey is bad, but those tests should not be considered as proper evidence.

Had the same problem. It only works for one item at a time.

I've used this stuff for a while (my favorite is strawberry). I only use it about every other day and mix it in a blender with fruit, flax, and milk; to be honest I've never had any of these "ill" effects people are talking about. I am by no means a hardcore lifter or anything, but I think for your average joe (or jane) these are more than substantial and a good price. I think the complaints either come from hardcore lifters who have x number of different suppliments and dont mind paying the extra, or people who have bought the more expensive ones and want to find a reason that they got their money's worth and you didn't. o

Overall, if you are looking for a cheap and easy way to get a little extra protein, I would definitely recommend these.

Won't let me apply discount unless I also use up my gift card / promotional balance to pay for it (tried with CC only and the discount doesn't work). What's the deal?

Other tests have shown similar results to these in some of the more major brands, but if you want to waste your money you are free to do so.

Protein is protein to a point. Its important to remember that this is a supplement and it shouldnt be a big part of your daily caloric intake. If this is what you can afford, than its better than nothing. But if quality is most important, there are much better products out there.
