Ordered a tub but then canceled as I'm skeptical about meeting label claims. I've researched the reddit tests and while inherently flawed due to the setup, they can't be discounted completely, especially in the more cases on more the extreme end. Plus, given the amount of carbs and the protein source probably being pretty similar to Dymatize Elite Gourmet, and the ~3g of creatine per scoop, I'm really questioning how it still has 26g of protein per 38g scoop. For comparison, Dymatize Elite Gourmet has 21g per 37g scoop and it has 0g of creatine. You may notice many other powders have more protein per gram than Body Fortress, but that's because they have higher proportions of isolate in them. I highly doubt Body Fortress has much isolate.

Decent price but given the skepticism, not worth it to me.

Don't buy this stuff
See the reddit protein analysis:
http://www.reddit.com/r/Fitness/c...edium=feed

Not to mention if you analyze it down to the price per gram of protein and not the product weight it's not nearly as good of a deal. Go with trusted product like Optimum Nutrition.
Someone made a good point on that thread, that agencies like Consumer Reports, etc.. don't do testing on protein powders. Wish they did. With that said, I'm still going with Body Fortress, it's too good of a deal and isn't complete shit.

I've only had the chocolate but it tastes great. I mix it in a small shaker bottle and it blends with no clumps.

I've tried the chocolate and it's okay. I had to buy the vanilla last time I bought this and it just doesn't blend very well so it is very chunky. The chocolate didn't seem to do that.

I stopped buying this brand of protein though, because there have been some studies showing that it really only contains about half the amount of protein it claims to. After I learned that I ended up buying a 10lb bag of Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein and haven't looked back. I use what I have left over of the vanilla Body Fortress on days I just need a little bit more protein, but I always use OP after a workout.
Thanks. Finally a post about quality and not the taste. I'd rather hear about vital info like this. Anyone with a source?

I'm sure most of us have seen this already from a few years ago. http://perfectbodyrx.com/2011/02/...der-toxic/
Too bad someone doesn't test all of them.

vitaglo.com has 3.17lb containers of met-rx creatine fruit punch for $12.99

this stuff is tasty, also free shipping over $100

imo met-rx is a superior brand to what's in this thread

I am a little confused. Many people are saying ON is a more trusted brand, it seems. If that is true, why would one recommend this product over the ON product on amazon? It appears to be cheaper...per lb. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/...00_s00_i01

Your link is mass builder. This deal is on protein. ON is 2x the price of this BF. However, ON is a superior product by far.

For price comparison purposes, Safeway usually sells the 2lb whey proteins for $24.99 or $19.99 when on sale, so they are around double the price of this deal.
I get the two pounders of this on sale at Market Basket here in MA for $14, so this is really not that great of a deal. In fact I bought one last week. The normal price is $19 at my super market.

Body Fortress is good stuff, but ON is great for natural stuff. I purchase this one when on sale. Body Fortress is my back up.

$21 and natural:
