I made 5 orders at the same day on 2/2/'13, then today I only received one of my orders, the remaining 4 orders were not in the box. I already paid by PayPal before, can I submit a claim to PayPal and received credit back if they don't ship the remaining 4 orders?

No, each order came in different boxes. I placed the orders back to back. So, maybe that is the reason why I received them all on the same day.

I see, I also ordered 5 order on the same day but just 1 order arrived today (this is the one that I got the shipping confirmation thru e-mail)......and the other 4 orders.....still no shipping info via email nor have been received yet.....do you think if I file a claim with PayPal (since I paid by PayPal it automatically charged my debit card), will they give me credit? or what should I do....I am open to any ideas as I couldn't think now and stressed out because I feel I have been ripped off by Puritan.

Received 3 of 4 orders today. All ordered same day. No shipping confirmation on any of the orders. Happy overall. Shipping took about a week.

Different boxes for each order and same carrier.

Got 4 of my 9 orders last week, nothing came this week.

Last order arrived today. Would suggest being patient. PP is a reputable company. Shipping time may vary depending on destination. Would reach out to CS and ask for a status on your orders if you don't receive by next week.
