I would never shop at Sears again. Order a luggage set on Jan 1 and still not receive as of today Feb 1. Contact customer service and keep told me it take 5-7 business day to sort out and forward to fulfillment center to replacement but never happen. never provide tracking.

Never been able to use it. Sears wacky website. It says I am a Max member and to sign in. It shows I am already signed in but it doesn't show the Max shipping option, rather it shows the 90 day Max offer. Ugh. Sears circular logic

What about those of us with trial subscriptions that are about to expire soon?
I used to pay for shipping and then I joined SD and now refuse to pay for shipping on anything
