i do not like the customer service of sears. Looks like they do not care about their customers. in store all associates are in their own world and not in a mood to help customers if you ask any question. several times i got a reply, i do not work in this department from them when i ask any question

They may have lost significant business because I was unaware of this (they probably sent notices of free renewal to the "junk" mail box where it got lost among all the advertising), and their shipping had stopped me from using them.

Slightly OT: Sears is one of the worst spammers I have encountered. There's nothing like getting a deluge of unsolicited email, none of which contain the required unsubscribe links.

They're giving me the same runaround with a CD I ordered almost a month ago. They told me 5-7 days to contact the manufacturer but it's been 7 days already. I told them to cancel and give me a refund but they claim I have to wait until they get in contact with the manufacturer. I've never heard anything more ridiculous in my life. I'll keep emailing customer service until they refund me but when something goes wrong with Sears/Kmart dealing with CS is like pulling teeth. I think I'm just going to go the route of in store pick-up. I've had better results at my local Sears.

Did you file a dispute with your credit card company? I hate Sears & K-Mart too, call them to see if they have a garden water hose in stock in a particular store, put me on hold for 20 minutes and finally gave up. No wonder they're dying and closing out stores. I don't even step in to K-Mart more than 10 years.

Never had a problem since I signed up a year ago (for free thanks SD!). All of my orders went through without trouble and arrived on time or sooner with free shipping. No complaints here.
