If it's any consolation, my NFL card that I got in the fall always posted things about 2-3 days after they happened. Charges took 3 days to show up. Payments (by check) took 3 days.....statement credits took 3 days to post.....and the bonus points came in about 3 days after the statement date. When I say "post" I mean that's when they finally showed up on the site. The dates were accurate for payments and purchases.

I'm not sure if it has to do with it being a UK bank or something else.

Overall I was still satisfied.

So far I've only charged $500 on my new card and the statement hasn't closed, but I still have the option to redeem by points.

why doesn't it allow me to redeem 41000 point, it shows 3 options as 40,000, 35,000 or 30,000.

Am I missing a trick here?

If partial credit, you can only redeem in $25 dollar amounts. If you had a charge of $410, you could apply a full credit and use 41k points.

So I have a single amount of $980, but when I click on redeem, it doesn't show me any option where I can redeem 41,000 points. It give me 2 options, redeem full and partial. Doesnt allow me to chose full since I dont have 98000 points and when I chose partial, I get 3 radio button options,

1. 40,000 points
2. 35,000 points
3. 30,000 points

doesn't give me any option where I can enter the number of points to be redeem, but has pre-populated above options only...

You did 400/1000 offer didn't you?

My guess is that the "Redeem w/ statement credit" option is currently missing for everyone who did 400/2500 offer. Either that, or it is for everyone who did 400/2500 offer who previously had an NFL card, as is the case with me.

I think I am retarded. You should make a charge of $35 dollars. Apply full credit to that (3500 points).
THEN apply 37,500 points to your $980 charge.

3500 points + 37500 points = 41,000 points. TADA!

Ok, so it doesn't show me any option to apply 3500 points. Basically it is a radio button and the only option showing up are 40,000, 35,000 and 30,000 ($400, $350 & $300)

No, you have to make another charge of 35 dollars and apply points to that first for full credit.
