Yes, same here, but I also do not have enough points as yet to redeem anything >= $25 or in increments of $50 as I have not spent the requisite $2,500 to get the 40k in points. That is probably why you are only seeing NFL redemption for now.

Yeah I have the 2500 points but my 40,000 have not posted yet, so hopefully youre right.

When I do this, I get "No qualifying transactions at this time." I made one purchase of $4000 on the card and have 44,000 points. I'm going to call them and see what's up.

After calling in, the rep said he was going to put in a support request so that I could apply the points to the NEXT statement credit. I said I wanted my points credited to my $4000 purchase and he said I couldn't do that. I requested a manager and was transferred to someone in America who could do more than just read a script. The guy I spoke with said he wasn't sure why the website wouldn't allow me to use my points, but that he would apply them manually and I should be able to see that credit within 3-5 business days online. If that doesn't happen, I'll be calling them again. I've called them up for other questions before and each time I encounter someone who doesn't seem to know anything about the card, so I think I'll be canceling once I get all this straightened out. Maybe I'm spoiled by the fact that when I call Amex or Discover I actually get helpful people and the fact that their websites don't look like they're from 1999.

My account has now gone from 40,000 points to zero!

My points online are now at 42,560 and I still do not see the redeem for statement credit button. I called to see if I could redeem over the phone and they only see that I have 1169 points from when my first statement cut.

IS this point redemptions issues related to $2,500 spent cards only.
I have $1000 spent card and was able to redeem my $400 as soon as I hit $1000, I have another card where I have spent $900 so far so don't know if I will have any issue on next card

It is really terrible experience! I bought this T-shirt for $25 , called again - now they say, that there" is no redemable transactions" , when I ask for a manager, they promise to transfer me, and transfer to general menu!

They keep telling me " there is no eligible transactions" we can apply your credit to!
