am i missing something?
All the deals to date for a long time now for HDD of 2T in size this cost have been low rpm's or green drives. THIS IS 7200 RPM's AWESOME FIND, it wont last IN41 2T lasts me a few years. |

Dearest Hard Drive experts..I need to replace an aging 1.5tb drive. I would like to get 2 of these and set them up in a raid configuration.
I plan to upgrade my PC later this year. When I do my new build with a new MOBO will I have to do anything special to make it recognize these drives as a raid configuration? I've never raided before so please excuse my ignorance. |

I'd suggest doing the RAID setup after you do the new build. I'm a big fan of hardware RAID 5+1, but two drives can't do that. |

I think you're right. I'll wait to raid until then. Currently my OS is on a 500gb drive. On another note. What is the difference between this Toshiba drive at newegg and this one at micro center http://www.microcenter.com/produc...3200U-1I72 |
