Do yourself a favor and grab a Def Tech Supercube on clearance from you know where, it would probably sound better with your setup. I have the same exact setup but with 2x floorstanding OS3s, the $250 supercube, my $500 RX-A3010 and my wonderful $1000 55VT50 Might upgrade to some ML Theos or B&W CM9s, auditioned them in store today and I have a feeling I'll be going back for a pair soon, just gotta decide which one to blow my money on... decisions

And?? Did you just post that to show off? Or would you like to elaborate on how good or bad the sub is? From your prior posts, I would say the former.lmao
oh..almost forgot to mention..was testing the sub in my home office with my $470 Open Box Complete Samsung UN46ES6100 playing blu-rays through with 1 of my $25 Sony NSZ-GT1's on my $35 Altra Oval Stand ...even been playing around with 1 of my $7 insignia 5.0 setups paired with 1 of my $60 Sony SA-W2500 10" subs..and hey man , not bad for a customer on a budget

Good info. The Jamo S426 5.0 + a sub of whatever size/quality/price you want seems like a better deal than either set from Sears, or the Take 5.1 $300 set from Newegg. How do those towers and surround/center compare to the Take 5? FYI, the Jamo is showing $200 now.

A review on Amazon says Jamo and Energy are owned by Klipsch.

no joke, was just that price at 1of my stores all others were $150...I've posted enough receipts of SLICKER deals to show I have no reason to lie about a $50 sub

If space is not an issue than I would totally agree. I had these Jamo's and was very impressed (replaced with the Energy RC Micros from TD), the only reason I got rid of them was for space reasons otherwise would have totally kept them. I'm not an audiophile, but the audio clarity and range compared between the 2 was very noticeable to me in both music and movies. If you have the space, I'd go with the Jamo's. I plan on selling the RC Micro;s and getting a nicer set of bookshelf speakers that's hopefully on par with the Jamo towers. FYI, Amazon was selling the Jamo's for ~$110 last December.
