Newegg did this same promo in September. $30 for pre-order, no beta. You probably won't see the price drop any further for a while.

 . Ordered from Newegg, I can wait a few days...bummed that I wont have the beta key though (which amazon will give you when you preorder)

I don't know what to think or Blizzard anymore. Sure, SC2 is an amazingly polished game, but I feel like I'm feeding a corporate monster when I buy their games now. The quest is finally over. It took 7 days of scouring the web, calling in sick to work once, constant monitoring of Slick Deals, thousands of mg's of caffeine, and 10 hours outside Best Buy (Staying up a total of 34 hours straight in the end) but I got my HP TouchPad 32 gb for $149. Was it worth it? Fuark yes.
