Agree about the worst buy comment.

People love to hate on them even though they have had some great deals and they sometimes pricematch.

Maybe im lucky that the people at the Bellevue, Washington store are nice, but even if they werent I could still take advantage of deals.

Bestbuy.com has also had a lot of good deals, so if people hate dealing with managers they can use the website.

Their wording for this promo is very strange. They make it seem like this Low Price Guarantee is different from price matching and that each individual product needs that Low Price Guarantee badge pictured on the product page. But hopefully you can point out this policy to an employee just for the fact that it specifically lists Tiger Direct.

I would have to drive about 30 miles round trip to the BB that shows stock. For the time spent calling BB to see if they did have it, YMMV time if you get the PM and the gas and time spent driving to and from BB I will gladly pay for shipping.

I PM'd at Best buy. Then again we have a local Tiger Direct store.

if you try to pay with google check out you dont have the econo option only ground, but going through the normal checkout on the site allows you to select it

Well, I've learned that apparently TigerDirect.com is on BB's pricematch list, so you could've saved yourself shipping if you could find it at a local BB store and find an employee who follows company policy rather than invents their own. Of course finding this in stock at BB would be a huge YMMV as is finding most stuff I want in stock there.

No go on the pricematch at BB for me. Disputed w/ rep back and forth for 5 minutes. Stated the description of the title, the info, and pic are conflicting and don't match up. Also added there's 3 listings for the 3d version and the $4.97 version that's showing doesn't state it's 3d in the main title but the $31.99 does. YMMV on pricing matching at BB.

I'd try again and have them compare the UPC which is listed on the item as "Model Number"-- if those are the same then it should make it more difficult to deny the item.

In reality what Tigerdirect seems to be selling doesnt have a UPC and is shown "From Promotional Use Only" so these seem to be returns that were meant to be given away with 3D TV or Bluray Player purchases though the disc is the same as the item with the std UPC. The actual cover of the one I got is slightly different from the one with the UPC attach in that the 3D logo is much smaller on the Promo copy -- the pics on the Tiger Direct site capture the differences properly.

Just pay the friggin $3.50 shipping for Christ's sake and be done with it. Wasn't worth a one minute argument to begin with. You ask, they say no, buy from TD. DONE!

Thats what I did. If I had to go to BB yesterday or today I would have tried for a PM but would have to go out of my way to the one store that shows stock.

it is amazing how people don't want to support jobs in this country. I am ecstatic that I will receive this movie and I am proud I had to pay shipping.....

I would have liked to save the money, but move along and go hug your kid or something haters!
