People love to hate on them even though they have had some great deals and they sometimes pricematch. Maybe im lucky that the people at the Bellevue, Washington store are nice, but even if they werent I could still take advantage of deals. Bestbuy.com has also had a lot of good deals, so if people hate dealing with managers they can use the website. |

Get this price matched at Best Buy if you can. I was able to. My store only had one copy that I saw.
Yes. Best Buy currently has a Low Price Guarantee policy in place. Look for the Low Price Guarantee badge next to qualifying products on BestBuy.com. Appliance and electronics hardware products available in both Best Buy stores and BestBuy.com qualify for the Low Price Guarantee. For these products Best Buy will match the new, identical, immediately available current pre-tax price from Designated Major Online Retailers and at local retail competitor's store. Most products only available from Best Buy at BestBuy.com ("Online Only Products") qualify for the Low Price Guarantee. For these products Best Buy will match the new, identical, immediately available current pre-tax price from Designated Major Online Retailers and at local retail competitor's store. Online Only Products are products with the designation "Online only" or state "From our Expanded Online Assortment" on the product description page. Online Only music, movies, games, mobile phones, digital downloads, pre-order, and refurbished products and products from Marketplace vendors on BestBuy.com do not qualify for the Low Price Guarantee. For the above promotions, the Designated Major Online Retailers are: Amazon.com, Apple.com, Bhphotovideo.com, Buy.com, CircuitCity.com, CompUSA.com, Crutchfield.com, Dell.com, hhgregg.com, HP.com, HomeDepot.com, Lowes.com, Newegg.com, OfficeDepot.com, OfficeMax.com, Sears.com, Staples.com, Target.com, TigerDirect.com, and Walmart.com. source [bestbuy.com] Their wording for this promo is very strange. They make it seem like this Low Price Guarantee is different from price matching and that each individual product needs that Low Price Guarantee badge pictured on the product page. But hopefully you can point out this policy to an employee just for the fact that it specifically lists Tiger Direct. Last edited by RUsum1; 02-03-2013 at 07:17 AM.. 043396355781 In reality what Tigerdirect seems to be selling doesnt have a UPC and is shown "From Promotional Use Only" so these seem to be returns that were meant to be given away with 3D TV or Bluray Player purchases though the disc is the same as the item with the std UPC. The actual cover of the one I got is slightly different from the one with the UPC attach in that the 3D logo is much smaller on the Promo copy -- the pics on the Tiger Direct site capture the differences properly. You can pricematch at any register at Best Buy, and when you do so they have a long list of stores that pop up to choose from (the list on the site). In addition, there is a selection at the bottom of the list for "other". I have been told they match pretty much any website. The clerks at my store, as sucky as it usually is, even pull out their smart phones to search for a lower price using the Red Laser app if you just ask them to.
