Fidelity has terminated the free offer and replaced it with only a $15 off. If you have already signed up to Premier and found stuck with the $34.99 charge (check under /Tools/My Fee), you can start a chat with TurboTax and explain the situation. They will issue you a code to eliminate the charge. There are several posts in this thread showing the same result already.

Didn't work in Chrome or IE, worked in Firefox. Opens up the Intuit webpage in a new window, with a clear summary showing Deluxe= $19.99, Premier = FREE.
It appears we need to go through the first link. The "direct link" doesn't work. [Removed direct link since it depends on a request id set when you are redirected from the Fidelity site]

If you are getting the no response issue, in Chrome I had to click the gray shield symbol on the right side of the address bar and click "load anyway." Then the page will reload and the link will work. It is a pop-up that says you are leaving the Fidelity website. - fletch113
You can get this free even if you don't have any money currently in Fidelity. My wife stopped working for her employer over 3 years ago, transferred her retirement, and we used her log in to get the free tax prep. I could have used my login, but I was lazy with finding the credentials. Used hers, and we're slick done with our taxes tonight. Thanks! ~ Standupdad

Most people can efile for free in California at the Ca franchise tax board web site...I do it every year!

The free CA state website is easy to use. It is very much worth it to just do it on your own.

Here is some proof. I originally started as Deluxe, $19.99, but I went back to "upgrade" to premier and it comes up as free. What a great deal!

edit: They haven't provided me with a link to the online version. The rep just unlocked the premier desktop version download on my turbotax account without any verification that I am a fidelity customer.
