No response when clicking "Start Now" in both Chrome and IE.
https://www.fidelity.com/premier
Didn't work in Chrome or IE, worked in Firefox. Opens up the Intuit webpage in a new window, with a clear summary showing Deluxe= $19.99, Premier = FREE.
It appears we need o go through the first link. The "direct link" doesnt work.

The link works OK in Firefox, not Ie or Chrome.

I started my return the other day, now premier is showing as free in my fees! Thanks

Most people can efile for free in California at the Ca franchise tax board web site...I do it every year!
Interesting to know.
The automatic data conversion from Fed to State forms in Turbotax is what's important and the time-saver for me, but the state e-file is nice too.

I need Home & Business, but even the price for that is better than any other deals I've seen.

If you are getting the no response issue, in Chrome I had to click the gray shield symbol on the right side of the address bar and click "load anyway." Then the page will reload and the link will work. It is a pop-up that says you are leaving the Fidelity website.

Edit: Here's a pic of what you need to do Smilie

OP's direct TT link only works after you log into the Fidelity site.

edit: They haven't provided me with a link to the online version. The rep just unlocked the premier desktop version download on my turbotax account without any verification that I am a fidelity customer. They said it'd still be free federal e-file, but we'll see -_-
How did you get them to unlock the download version? I'd like to do the same...

Thx OP works like a charm!

Those having issues just use IE and click thrus and the links from Fidelity to turbotax

Once logged in hit upgrade the price should be free.

Then sign out and use chrome/firefox whatever you want.

PS I had to install javascript from www.java.com to make the Fidelity link work.

Is this only free for Premier online version. Is there a way to download a desktop version for 2012 from here ??
