Thanks for contacting TurboTax. Currently wait times are longer than we’d like. We might answer your question faster at turbotax.com/support where you’ll find helpful articles and answers to common questions. We look forward to chatting with you and will connect you with the next available agent.

You are currently at position number 129 in the queue!!

Fantastic! I had already started as a Deluxe customer and per another poster I went to help and selected upgrade for additional help on the left side. Everything was free, free, free! SUPER-FANTASTIC!

do you think this will be available online until the deadline?
You just need to click through the promo and start an efile and the promo will stick (you can see it in My Fees before you submit), just don't click through another promo until you file.

Same here. For those that already started Deluxe and want to upgrade the missing step is: Click Continue Return> then you can click Upgrade For Additional Help on the left > Select Premier for free. I though it was on the My Turbo Tax page but its not, you need to click Continue Return first.

So 4 pages of comments and I haven't yet seen anyone comment on whether or not this works if you do not have a Fidelity account. So I'll be the guinea pig. Is there a way that it will work for someone who does not have a Fidelity account?

Considering you need to log in to your account first? Doubt it.

I am doubting it, too. But there was a deal last year too where you had to link through a bank's site (forget which one) and supposedly be a customer in order to get the deal. But it worked for non-members anyway thanks to a SlickDeal member's link. Kinda hoping for the same here and sure I'm not the only one.

I was just finishing TurboTax Deluxe. Logged back in using the Fidelity link. Once I got back into my return, there was a link in the left column to upgrade to Premier. When I did the price changed to 0.00.

Thanks.
