This Porter Cable compressor is better than the $20 HDX compressor IMO. The HDX does include the 10 piece accessory kit whereas the Porter Cable doesn't. However the Porter Cable has double or better the SCFM performance of the HDX -- double or better the air fill rate from the motor to the tank. The Porter Cable has a 3.5 gal tank versus the 3 gal on the HDX. The Porter Cable fills to 135 PSI versus the 100 PSI on the HDX. The Porter Cable name brand is well known & respected. The HDX is cheaper at $20 versus $49 for the Porter Cable.

got it for $49. there were 11 more at the Glendale, CO store off of s colorado blvd...go get em COers! every box was clearly marked $49.

My store only had display sitting on top rack. No box nothing... I was able to get it for $30. Can someone who brought in box let me know what else is in the box? I only got the compressor and nothing else. Any extra cables, cords, manuals etc.?
