Why 'darn'? Unless you need them quickly, why not buy enough to have them shipped to your doorstep AND go through any one of a number of cashback sites to sweeten the deal. Example: buy the limit of two each of the deals and the total comes out to be just below or above $110 (factoring in sales tax). Use cashback and save a little off sales tax (sometimes the cashback amount will cover tax, truly making the supplies completetly free). Or if $110 is outside of your budget try getting to just $50 or more to qualify for free shipping - problem solved.

And you gotta just LOVE that these rewards keep rolling over like my imaginary German Shepherd. :-)

I have less than $50 worth of credits left after buying a few paper cases. $7 shipping for $5 pen isn't worth it.

I just realized I had rewards that expired 1/31/2013. Anyone know how hard it is to get them to credit it back?

Do they change the offers every week? Seems like its been paper or stuff I won't use lately, but pens and markers seem like common use items and a good opportunity to roll over my $45 in rewards. They expire at the end of this month, chances something more commonly useful comes along by then?

Possibly yes, possibly no. Some weeks there are bonus rewards offers, others not so much.

I switched my account over to a business account from a teacher's account so that I can roll rewards on a monthly vs. quarterly basis. Do rewards get released mid month like they did with the teacher account, or will it be earlier/later?

You can use the "Add a Receipt" button on the "My Rewards" page. Just make sure you buy it using your Maxperks ID card.
Unless it says online only in the terms (which I have not seen yet), it should work.

Last month it was on the 10th. But it usually varies somewhere near the middle of the month (for me at least).

EDIT: From bpvh's wiki info:

I'm convinced that OM times their rewards payouts to align with rewards and deals. Maybe it helps them clear stock or bump up their financial numbers, I don't know.
