Can someone help me please?

So my phone is up for another 2 year registration with VZ and thus could get a discounted phone. The problem is that yesterday while I was messing with see the final price for a iphone5 32G, VZ said my old plan unlimited data is no longer available and also that they would charge me some stupid fee $40 or so for getting on a new plan.
The questions I have are:
-How can I still keep the unlimited grandfather plan?
-Should there be any additional charge besides 299 + tax?

Everyone should sign up...doesn't hurt. I used this with the $50 off $100 Mastercard deal. Iphone 5 was on sale for $149 that day as well. I ended up getting the Iphone 5 for $53.65 out the door (including tax).

Sadly, even if it does and I get $75 off of a new phone, best buy is currently charging $200 for an HTC 8x on verizon.. $50 on amazon. Wish they'd do something about those prices, I can't justify that

Can you link me to the BB page that verifies this? AFAIK, this was only for the holidays. I just checked after seeing how much cheaper amazon's price was, and best buy's price-match page clearly says it'll only price-match local B&M competitors.

What if I purchased a phone yesterday and won't get it until next week (cause I got it shipped), and didn't activate it yet. Would still be eligible for this offer? It seems like I would, but I just wanted to be sure. Anyone know from past experience?

Awesome, thank you. That price match page is written horribly. I just read the first section and it explicitly stated the exact opposite of that.

Do you know if they'll match the phone prices? I didn't see any low price guarantee badge on the phones. Their wording is confusing because first it says to look for that badge on price matches, and then right below it it says that they'll match electronics, no mention of a badge being required.
