I have one (10 months) and I like it except for the camera but for the price it can't be beat. The speaker phone is loud and clear. Since I only need occasional voice calls I signed up with T-Mobile 1 year/1000 minutes/$100. The battery lasts a long time on standby. I really like it's small size. Paid $30 at a T-Mobile store.

Uggh,
what happened to the days when we had good flip phones like the motorola razr? Motorola could have at least kept those phones in production since there were already designed with relatively no competition. Smartphones are nothing but an unnecessary ripoff. |

Doesn't seem like such a "hot deal" when its available on Amazon for a $1 more (when you add $6.99 s/h at Frys for this phone).

Dumb question here: My Mom uses an older flip phone for TMobile Prepaid $100/1000 minutes. Her battery is dying quickly and this looks like a great/cheap replacement. What does she have to do to switch everything over once this phone arrives? Can she do everything at home (activate phone with same number, swap contacts etc) or does she have to go to the Tmobile store? Thanks.

I looked into my prepaid account on T-Mobile website but didn't see it. I'm currently using it on a daily plan for the back-up phone. Thanks! |
