Got it just because the game is about 35GB to download on TPB.

I called but didnt get free expedited shipping - just standard one.
As I was talking to the rep on the phone and was reading how people calling and getting free expedited - I figured and hoped the rep would do the same on the phone - but the order confirmation showed standard shipping. Guy must have been a rookie.

Called Sony, waited about 5 minutes and got free ground shipping. Total came to 10.51 shipping to Illinois

Called and this CS guy was telling me the reason I cannot get free shipping is because I already saved $50 from the discounted price (that's a total BS). I said that that is not the case because the item is already eligible for free shipping based on the product detail. Put me on hold for a couple of minutes and said that he will give me my $5+tax credit. Thanks OP!

edit: CS gave me expedited shipping and a $10 e-credit for the inconvenience. Will use to buy another UC3 as a gift.
