For a rookie like me the image quality between the t3i and the t4i or the k5 for that matter is negligible. |

I heard the recall was from a while ago and most grips were replaced. I guess it is possible that buydig kept theirs in a warehouse and did not send them out during recall but that would be bad business and I would be suprised if that was the case.
The serial numbers will let you know. Any readers buy a t4i in the past 6 months that was affected by recall and needed grips replaced? |

I checked my serial number from the last BuyDig sale and it is not one of the recalled cameras.

I received my camera. It is not the recalled one. 6th digit in serial number is not 1 or 2, it is 3.

I purchased mine during the first sale a few weeks back. Got the camera/lens/bag last Saturday.
Still waiting on the blower and lens filter, contacted BuyDig and am awaiting a response. Not a huge deal, but a bummer there is no sign of the rest of the items. |

Did you ever receive the extras? I got this deal and am in the same boat. Also, the included bag might do ok for packing my lunch, but seems like pretty poor protection for a dslr. I had hoped it would be enough to get me by for awhile, but I ended up ordering a lowepro from amazon as soon as I inspected it. |
