Cowboom never fails to surprise. I bought a bunch of "significant scratches on front and back" and the screens are impeccable. The backs of course, on a few, are scratched up but just looking at that shit scratches it. Very satisfied with my purchase! I got in on a few of the last Samsung Series 7 for $380 back in December, and they were in mint condition 10/10 state. These guys undersell (description wise) the hell out of the products when they list them, but I'm sure they do this so people aren't surprised (in a bad way) when they get the item... pretty smart if you ask me.

Best place for uber-cheap cases is eBay. Most are those Chinese import companies (e.g., eForCity). As little as $0.25 shipped for something to just cover the scratched up back. Hard shell or silicone, your choice. Many $2-3 shipped.

Mine arrived today. Grade 5, looks great. No damage on front, only light scratches on the back. Photos made it look worse.

I know I saw - for $60 this was definitely a great deal. Hope it comes back Ill definitely grab one if it does.

I'll add to what others have said, I ordered a grade 4 and the screen looks good and the back has light scratches as I would expect to see on any iPod touch due to the aluminum back Apple uses. I would not hesitate to order a grade 4 or 5 next time this deal comes around.

I ordered 2x 4/5 grade ipods. One arrived with a flawless screen, and minimal wear on the back. The other had a screen protector with no wear underneath--though the back showed heavy wear. Both are keepers in my book.

What did the description say for the one that you purchased? Both of mine said there were scratches on the back, and said nothing about the screen.

You can use tango to make voice or face to face calls and there is also facetime. Tango is good because you can use it to make calls for free.

Do you know what the highest rating is, i think it is 6 but not sure. My Daughter was given a grade 5 for christmas from a friend and you put it in one of the 40,000 plus cases available on amazon, many under five bucks and you would not know it was used. There were a few scratches on the back but nothing deep and no dents, screen perfect, with the protection plan i would go for the 32gb for 139.
