Another former employee here. I used to brag about them when I left them 7 years ago. But now they are just money hungry. I understand charging a premium for a better service (which it is) but the nitpicking and nickel/diming people is out of control!
No more new every 2. / Upgrade Fee / Activation Fee / Less data / Forced Shared data.

I upgraded the last 2 times using secondary lines. I bought an Iphone 4s on one of my secondary lines (that I used overseas a few times with a World Phone). Bought it for $200 and sold it for $550. Made $350 then I switched back the next morning to the $10/mo plan. ($288 with taxes over 24 months).

Basically made $62 and got a spare number. Only way I could get SOME money back from them. Then I also upgraded a secondary line the next time and switched back to standard line then put the phone on my account. This way I could keep unlimited data.

I'm going to just leave after my contract is up on the last line. Tired of having to juggle crap with them. I pay $160 for 3 lines which is just plain nuts.

I also leave WIFI off on my phone just so I use more data (6-9 gb a month)
