They do not expire in 90 days. I have found that in the past several months that T-Mobile customer service, which used to be very very good, has taken a distinct turn.
They don't seem to listen well and they do not want to stray from whatever script they deem appropriate to use based on a few keywords that they pull from your initial attempt to describe your concern. Even if you try to convince them they are going down the wrong rabbit hole, they keep going down the wrong path. Yes, I also believe the T-Mobile rep was talking about airtime minutes expiry. The cards are printed with the 2015 date, nothing in the terms, etc. on the purchase page contradict that. |

I have never been able to finish this process online as my earlier post indicated.
Last time I called TMobile and after talking to csr for a long time she said it has to be picked up from local store. After I reached the local store they said you cannot pick up activation kit without first activating the card and putting money in the account. Is that normal? |
