Partially agree - need to chose your dish carefully - there was a deal for PF Changs a while back and It also tasted like a boxed meal (sure it was) - lol even the sauce they put on my to go item was cold and gloppy like it was not microwaved all the way - luckily it was free or I would have driven back asking for a refund - just threw it out (agree, that was disgusting enough for me that I can't go back) - I have had better Tyson chicken. Some items are cooked fresh - some (like anything breaded) are not.

I've been there quite a few times, from what I've seen the food isn't great; just mediocre fast food asian fare. By far their best offering is the pad thai, which is good enough to make me go back on occasion.
