I searched and didn't see this post.

I just got an email that said:

FREE Flower Delivery from FTD – Valentine's is Covered‏. It's from Shop runner.

Now with Free Delivery for Shoprunner members up to $29.00 in savings.

http://www.ftd.com/34270/catalog/...external=1

The fine print on the email says:

*This offer is not applicable to (a) charges related to morning delivery, if requested, (b) any products featured under "Add Special Gifts," (c) FTD Gold Membership fees, or (d) the following collections: Steuben, Nambé, Baccarat and Ultimate Roses, and any other special collection added by FTD.COM in its sole discretion.

NOTE: This free shipping deal does NOT stack with the FTD Groupon.

FTD Groupon DOES STACK with shopprunner just place the order with the groupon code first and then call in to apply the shoprunner code! Technically you dont have to be a shopprunner member to apply the code!!!! So even if you don't have shoprunner you can still get the free shipping!!!!

I called in and a supervisor agreed that the two promos should stack. She took care of it with no issues. She only asked for the source code which is 34270(in browser URL).

I spoke to a female supervisor named "RJ" that stacked the groupon with the shoprunner -topppps

eGifter $15 FTD card also works if you call-in after placing the order.

Thank you for your recent purchase from FTD.COM.

We are always happy to hear from our customers and enjoy assisting you.

We have received your request to apply a promotional discount to your order. The discount has been applied and a refund in the amount of $19.99 has been posted to your payment method.

If you have any questions about your order, please call 1-800-SEND-FTD (1-800-736-3383)

Thank you for choosing FTD.COM.

Sincerely,
MaryJane

I would never buy from FTD again...maybe I'm an exception but the flowers were wilted and in bad shape when they were delivered and I paid for one of the higher dollar arrangements too.

I always order the ones that are "Florist Delivered" as they use a local florist so the flowers are fresh, delivered in person.

This promotion does NOT stack with the groupon offer

Terms of the shoprunner promotion show
" Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions, gift certificates, coupons, discounts or affiliate programs (including reward programs)."

So the Groupon offer states it can be combined with any other offer (excluding points or miles promo) but the shoprunner offer cannot be combined. So expect that $30 shipping fee if you want to use your groupon promo

Would that be the promo cod "RMNSAVE20"? I was unable to get any promo codes to stack with this FTD w/Shoprunner deal. Any help?

laugh out loud better than what happened to me. I sent flowers from FTD for a friday delivery. They were DEAD on arrival on Monday and I felt like an ass since I called on Sunday asking how they liked the flowers.. "What flowers?".. They did end up refunding me, how embarrasing.. Now proflowers, they are awesome, have ordered before when there was a coupon that was stacking and came out to almost nothing shipped... flowers arrived BEAUTIFUL, perfect, nothing wilted, nice vase, on time delivery, and a few arrangements lasted 5 WEEKS. I have since made all my orders from them, paying a discounted price but never as good a deal as the first time I ordered from them..

The problem is that your typically not buying directly from FTD but instead a local florists who has a contract with the FTD name attached. I've had good and bad experiences with them. One being the completely wrong order and card with someone else's name on it but then another time they arrived at exactly the time I needed.

This is pretty decent since florists typically charge $10-$15 for delivery.

Oh man...yeah it is embarrassing considering you're trying to impress/make someones day generally when you send flowers. The person I sent them to said she loved them but when I saw them I knew she was just being nice. laugh out loud

I prefer picking it out at the local florist these days so I know exactly what it will look like when delivered. Thankfully there's a great local florist here that is my go-to. May not be cheaper but I'm not willing to take another chance just to save $$.
