Purchased with shoprunner today. Called in, pressed 3 (waited about 5 min) and asked to apply gift card to order already placed. She asked quote: "No problem, what is your order number, and Groupon number?" I never mentioned "Groupon" at any point. They must have already been told about this cause she was on the ball. Told me my credit is applied and look for it on my statement in 3-5 days.
Placed an order online using Groupon. Tried to call in to have the ShopRunner free shipping applied and was shot down twice.
First time, the rep spoke with their supervisor who said no. Second time, I spoke with a supervisor who wouldn't apply the code. She tried to say that I saved an additional ten dollars in addition to my Groupon because a product was on sale! Basically, saying I was saving a lot already. She also said that any orders that have both (Groupon and ShopRunner free shipping) are going to be corrected. I'm going to take that with a grain of salt, but just wanted to give everyone a heads up ...
couldn't combine Groupon and Shoprunner online. When I called to place the order, the woman was slow as crazy took over 10 minutes just to get her to understand my street address (23rd st), she wouldn't combine the two, so I asked her to cancel the Groupon along with my order. She then gave me $10 off towards the shipping.
